(Treaty Traders)
The E-1/E-2 Visa Category was designed for
investors and traders and their employees. It is used
by business owners, managers, and other employees who
need to come to the United States to oversee business
interests, investments, conduct trade, and other
related activities receive visas.
H1B1
(Temporary Workers)
The H-1B is a temporary visa category for
nonimmigrant workers that includes specialty
occupations which require a bachelor’s degree or
higher and fashion models of distinguished merit and
ability.

L1
(Intra company Transferees)
You have a special employee working for you
abroad for a number of years, who can lend a special
expertise to the direction of one of your divisions.
You may be able to bring this individual to the United
States in L-1 status if they qualify as an
Intracompany Transferee.

O-1
Extraordinary Ability Worker Visas
This category is set aside for foreign
nationals with extraordinary ability in the arts,
athletics, sciences, education, or business, or extra
ordinary achievement in the motion picture or
television industry coming to the United States to
perform temporary services relating to an event or
events.
P-1
Artists and Athletes
The P-1 visa is issued to a person who
performs as an athlete, individually or as a part of a
group or team at "an internationally recognized
level of performance".
P-3
Artists and Entertainers
Certain artists and entertainers are admitted
to the United States if they are coming temporarily to
the United States, either as an individual or as an
integral part of the performance of the group, to
perform, teach, or coach under a commercial or
non-commercial program that is culturally unique.
R-1
(Religious Workers)
Religious workers may be eligible for
this visa category.
TN
NAFTA
A special
visa category that has been set up for
nationals of Canada and Mexico under the provisions of
the North American Free Trade Agreement.
